		David Fowler Chief Executive Officer David joined OMI as Chief Financial Officer in 2004, became Financial Director in 2005 and CEO in 2006. David is a chartered accountant with a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment. He has over 15 years experience in mining in South America, Australia and Asia. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Western Metals Limited.

		Ignacio Salazar Chief Financial Officer Ignacio joined the Company as Finance Director in September 2008. He has a 20-years international experience, most of that working for Shell, in Finance and New Business Development in different countries in Europe and South America. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Master Degree in Law, both from the University of Deusto in Spain. Ignacio is currently President of the Chamber of Mines of Uruguay.

		Luis Tondo Chief Operating Officer Luis has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, effective as of 01 September 2010. He holds a BSc degree in Mining Engineering and MBA degree awarded by Brazilian Institutions and a MEngSc by Research awarded by the University of Queensland, Australia. Luis has more than 20 year experience in the Mining Industry, having spent 16 years working in Operations for Rio Tinto in Brazil and in the last 5 years for Kinross Gold Corporation developing large scale Mining Projects in Brazil and Chile.

		Randall Corbett P. Eng General Manager Mina San Gregorio Randall joined OMI in Feb. 2010, taking charge of all Operations at our San Gregorio Mine in Uruguay. He is a Mining Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Randall has held positions with various Mining Contractors in North America, Engineering, Operations and Management positions overseas with Ashanti Goldfields, Barrick Gold and Hecla Mining. Randall is a graduate of the Technical University of Nova Scotia (TUNS) with a B Eng in Mining Engineering and Haileybury School of Mines, Mining Technologist. He is Registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the Province of Ontario.

		Patricia Rodríguez Company Secretary / Legal Counsel Patricia joined OMI in 2006, she is a Lawyer with a Degree in International Relations and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management form Harvard University, United States. She has previously worked for 11 years for PricewaterhouseCoopers Uruguay and South America as in-house legal counsel.
